Reflections had previously worked with other design and marketing agencies who had failed to deliver results, so cautiously appointed Creative Clinic to take a fresh look at their communications. We undertook a comprehensive marketing and brand positioning strategy in order to establish key messaging and develop a solid proposition. We then rolled out this strategy over several months, including recommendations and management of media spend.
We designed a new brand identity which was applied to a new website, brochure and stationery. We also created an advertising campaign which included press advertising in local and national newspapers and a 96-sheet outdoor poster site in a prominent location in the vicinity of the Reflections centre.
The overall campaign proved successful with improved visibility and brand awareness, plus a significant increase in the number of enquiries and leads generated.
