Thanks to them moving to a new fully responsive version of their website and introducing targeted website optimisation, visitors to a new B2B site designed and built by The Creative Clinic are spending nearly three times longer browsing the site and engaging with five times more pages than previously.
The website for The Barton Partnership was recently rebuilt and relaunched as a fully responsive website meaning that it is fully accessible on smartphones and tablet devices.
As a recruiter of Strategic and M&A talent, The Barton Partnership asked us to ensure that their new site fully engaged with both potential new candidates and new employers which include FTSE listed and Fortune 500 companies across all industries and sectors.
Stickiness was key when building the site to ensure that visitors were not ‘one hit wonders’ but found the content useful enough to hold their attention, encourage visitors to look at several pages full of information relevant to them and engaging enough to make them return to the site.
As well as the duration of each visit being tripled from previously, the site has seen the bounce rate improve by reducing from more than 70% to only 26% of visitors. That means that previously 70% of visitors were leaving the site as soon as they visited but now the majority of potential clients – 74% – are staying to engage with the site.
